MVA - Training Request Details

Based on a recent requests for some "professional training" for a large client in this field and focused on specialized, rate and unique value topics, I found out that it would be helpful to build a general profile for such requests in  the future.
  1. Will the audience come from one customer ?  or several different customers ?
  2. How many students per class ?
  3. How many classes ?
  4. Location(s) ?
  5. Start Date(s) ?
  6. Duration ?  (days, weeks, months)
  7. Does the customer want system hands-on training on a live system ?  or slides/screen captures ?
  8. Does the customer have a target system ready for hands-on training ?
  9. Does the customer have proper training facility ?
  10. Does the customer want/have customized training materials ?
  11. Would the customer be happy with standard "out-of-the-box" training materials ?
  12. Do the target audience have the proper background/prerequisits for the requested training?
  13.  Will the target audience be general users ? knowledge users ? technical support ? managers ?
  14. Is there a need to cover related topics (other than those mentioned in the request) ? 
  15. Does the customer wish to have Certificates of Attendance for the attendees ?
  16. Does the customer want to have evaluation of the students (attendees) at the end of the training ?
  17. Is it desired to have these certificates approved by a US certification organization ?
  18. Is there need to have the training materials (from my side) accredited by a US accreditation organization ?
  19. Will the customer keep the materials for future use without our involvement ?  intellectual property rights ?
  20. Would the training language be English?  or bilingual ?
Based on the responses, we will be in a better position to respond to the requirement in the most effective way.
